Kyle has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer since February 2014. Throughout his years of training and continued education, Kyle has since acquired numerous specializations from NASM. Currently, Kyle is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and MMA Conditioning Specialist. He is also in the process of obtaining the title of Master Trainer.
Kyle has spent many of his years training in all styles and forms of exercise, from body building, sports agility, to calisthenics and body weight training. He has helped many achieve improved or advanced balance and flexibility, decrease body fat, build lean muscle, and has treated countless injuries and body pain with success. Kyle pays close attention to the detail of every movement to ensure the most effective and safest workout possible. He emphasizes the importance of correct movement and injury prevention. He provides one on one or two on one personal training sessions.
