Clambake Dinner

To start, your choice of 1¼  lb. fresh lobster or 1¼  in. Angus strip steak. Steamed little neck clams (served in white wine, shallot, and herb butter). An assortment of artisanal rolls and bread. Mixed green salad with a selection of locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables (an assortment of dressings will be provided). Cold couscous salad with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil (dressed in an Italian vinaigrette). Creamy red smashed potatoes (with fresh basil, garlic, butter, sea salt and black pepper). Corn on the cob (flash grilled and brushed with butter). The dinner will be held outside under a tent. Wine may be purchased at the dinner.
