Summer In Litchfield County
Exhibition in Kent

Eckert Fine Art is pleased to present Summer in Litchfield County, a group exhibition. The exhibition will continue through August 12, 2018. The gallery will also hold new regular hours: Wednesday-Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm, and Sunday from 12 – 5 pm.

Continuing with the Second Saturday at Kent Barns season, Eckert Fine Art will focus on what makes it unique to the Litchfield County area. The gallery has for decades relied on its relationships to bring quintessential 19th- 20th-century art to the commercial market. Through trust and expertise, the gallery is known for offering rare and important works from private collections, and often, pieces come directly from the original owners. This exhibition includes pieces ranging from luminaries such as Henry Moore, John Chamberlain, and Norman Bluhm to living artists Eric Forstmann and Don Gummer. In addition to pulling from collections from across the nation and overseas, the gallery is now beginning to touch upon great art found within Litchfield County.

Opening Reception: Saturday, July 14, 4 – 7 pm
