Havanna Lights
Summer Solstice at WAA

It is that time of the year when the music, dance and art of the WAA light up the skies for the most exciting party in Washington Depot! Inspired by the magic of the famous Mojito King, Abdo Ballester, Saturday, June 22, 2019, the Washington Art Association & Galleries transform into “Havana Lights”, our most important fundraiser of the year and the undisputed “Party of the Season’.

For the past 11 years we have paid homage to the longest day and the start of summer with a flourish of pure fun, island music, exotic dancers, food from over 20 esteemed restaurants and, of course, our own mojito king, presiding over the festivities in his eminently exuberant and singular way.

The honorary chairpersons for this event are Christine Baranski, Heather Watts and Damian Woetzel.
We are proud to say that each year since 2007, this party has grown! Come and be part of it!
